Abstract
In the module viewers will be introduced to the main safeguard against bias that should be implemented in clinical trial. These include randomization and allocation concealment (selection bias), blinding of patients and personnel (performance bias), blinding of outcome assessors (detection bias), completeness of follow-up (attrition bias) and of reporting (selective reporting bias).
