At the end of the sessions, particpants should be able to:
- Describe regional differences in the patterns of BPH/LUTS diagnosis and management
- Describe the most prevalent comorbid conditions associated with BPH/LUTS
- Accurately evaluate and manage BPH/LUTS patients based on evidence-based principles and guidelines
- Develop a customized approach to disease management based on individual patient criteria
- Select the appropriate therapy based on guidelines (in the appropriate region) and describe strategies for monitoring treatment response
- Recognize the risk factors for BPH progression and outline strategies for monitoring
- Recognize the role of collaborative care between general practitioners and urologists managing BPH/LUTS patients
